These are the first pictures of the kids that I took...doing some of the things they love doing best...Alex is a big reader...wonder where he gets that from?? :)

Jessie was riding around the yard on her bike. She loved playing outside. We spent some time together playing outside!

JD was totally into word searches. and they all loved the games I brought. I taught them how to play Ruckus.

and little Eli...I think he just wanted me to take his picture...does he remind you of anyone?? I think he looks a lot like his dad!!!

My trip to MN started on May 6 2010. I left Salt Lake around 11 in the morning, my sis took me to the airport and Monte picked me up around 4:30. We went to his house and dropped off my stuff and picked up the rest of the family. We went to dinner, now I can't remember the name of the place but they had hamburgers, fries and frozen custard...yummy!!! Then we headed to downtown Minneapolis so we could go to a baseball game...you know how I love me some baseball!! I wasn't really thinking, but when I dropped my stuff off I forgot to grab my camera...oh well...so I didn't get any pictures of the baseball game but Mickie had their camera so sometime I might be able to see the pictures from their camera. It was actually raining for most of the game, but I didn't mind...we were up so high that we were kinda covered a bit by the little overhanging thing, so even though we didn't have umbrellas or hats or something, we were still not soaked like others might have been. When we would look over at the jumbotron score thing it looked like it was really raining a lot but we hardly noticed it.
I didn't take any pictures on day 2 really either, Monte and I went to the mall of America...I didn't think it really looked all that big from the air or from the outside...but once we got inside and started wandering, it did seem a lot bigger. 4 floors...and an amusement park...we were only there for a couple of hours and didn't do any of the ride stuff, we mostly just wandered. I did find me a couple of souvenirs, I got a twins t-shirt, a couple of postcards and a couple of things at Bath and Body works...Monte had to get something for mothers day!! That night I got to hang out with Mickie, we went to the temple and went to a session. They call it the St. Paul temple even though it isn't even in St. Paul...and I am not really sure how far it was from M&M's house but it took us about 4 hours after all was said and done...I am so spoiled here in the SL valley!!! I live like 10 minutes from the temple and there are sessions every 20 minutes and if JR is closed then there are like 5 other temples I could go to that are probably closer than M&M's St Paul temple!! and I can probably drive there do the session and drive back home in 2-2 1/2 hours. SPOILED!!!

Desert Star Obama Skit

hopefully this will work...we went to the show a couple of weeks ago and then they sent me an e-mail...I have been wanting to send it to people but this might work the best...very funny!!!

This little guy is Owen Silver Campbell...he is a couple months old in these pictures, they were taken when we went to time out for women, the sisters, and my mom (all but Paula) were able to go up to Logan that weekend and spend some time together. Since it had been a while since we had seen Saralyn, she thought that we should stay up all night and then go to the thing...it made for a very long and very tiring day. maybe that is why he has red eyes in this picture...

enjoying some time with grandpa farmer...for some reason this is the name our family calls the grandpa...I guess it helps the families to be able to differentiate between the grandpas...it is kinda unique so I think it is pretty cool!!!

I gotta do this one before the trip stuff...these pictures didn't really turn out very good...but they do actually look better on the computer than they look on my camera....so anyway...this is what I did for my birthday 6 months ago...I went to the Colin Raye concert...and he totally winked at me...he is so hot!!!

This is the birthday cake I got...my good friend Katie made it for me...she is so talented!!! I got a pirate ship this year. I am so lucky!!! can't wait to see what I get next year!!!

(A More Real) Love Story

this is hilarious...I just saw it and I have to share it...I'm not married and I don't have kids so I don't really understand but I am sure that it is totally true!!!

I just got back this morning from my trip to Minnesota. It was a lot of fun...I wasn't really thinking there was much to do there, but I found out that there are a lot of fun things to do and of course when you are going to visit family it is definitely going to be fun...and I didn't even spend very much money...that is the best kind of vacation!!! So I haven't been able to download my pictures yet so I will have to add them when I can...and I will tell more about the trip then. of course the highlights were being able to spend time with Monte, Mickie, Alex, Jessie, JD and Eli. they are all so darn cute and I can't wait to share some of the pictures with everybody!!

This morning I went and did a 5k...ok so I didn't complete the 5k because I was not really all that excited to be doing it in the rain and because the friend I was walking with is having knee problems lately, so I couldn't make her walk faster or slow jog because they were really hurting and it was a free 5k and they weren't even really timing us or doing winner prizes (not that I would have been a winner) but just saying that I really didn't care all that much and I didn't win anything at the raffle or when they were throwing stuff out or anything...all I got out of it was the free shirt...ANYWAY...after my babbling now I can get to the point!! I really do like when I get out and exercise...why do I forget how good it makes me feel? why do I forget how good it is for me and why can't I make myself do it more often and more regularly...why??? How can I get myself more motivated?
